2026 ACES SUMMER CHALLENGE
Non-Refundable Policy for Summer Soccer League All registration fees for the Summer Soccer League are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Player withdrawal or inability to participate Schedule conflicts or personal commitments Injuries or illness Weather-related cancellations or league adjustments Team placement or roster changes By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy. 2026-2027 Boys Tryouts
Aces Travel fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Accepting a spot commits you to the full soccer year’s fee, regardless of participation status. Refunds for injuries will be considered for the next season with written documentation.

TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY 13. REFUND POLICY 13.1 Refunds for Non-Accepted Teams Refunds will be made in full to any team that is not accepted to the tournament. Teams will be notified of acceptance status by [DATE]. Refunds for rejected teams will be processed within 7-10 business days of notification. 13.2 Withdrawal After Acceptance – No Refund There will be no refunds for teams that withdraw from the tournament after they have been accepted. This includes: • Teams that withdraw after the acceptance deadline • Teams that withdraw during the tournament • Teams that fail to attend without notice Once a team is accepted into the tournament, the registration fee is non-refundable. If a team must withdraw due to emergency circumstances (serious injury, family emergency, etc.), written documentation may be required, and the organization reserves the right to consider a credit/discount for a future tournament on a case-by-case basis. 13.3 Inclement Weather Policy In the event of inclement weather (thunderstorms, excessive heat, heavy rain, snow, etc.): Shortened Games: • Games may be shortened in duration to ensure player safety and complete as many matches as possible • The tournament director will determine game modifications based on weather conditions
Hoffman Aces Tryouts

IP Tryouts
IP All Star fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Accepting a spot commits you to the full soccer season fee, regardless of participation status. Refunds for injuries will be considered for the next season with written documentation.
Pre Season Team Camp
No refunds will be issued due to weather, field conditions, or other circumstances that may require schedule changes, shortened sessions, or moving sessions to alternative locations, provided the Camp is still able to operate in some form.
