Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026-2027 Boys Tryouts

Aces Travel fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Accepting a spot commits you to the full soccer year’s fee, regardless of participation status. Refunds for injuries will be considered for the next season with written documentation.

ACES SUMMER LEAGUE

Non-Refundable Policy for Summer Soccer League All registration fees for the Summer Soccer League are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Player withdrawal or inability to participate Schedule conflicts or personal commitments Injuries or illness Weather-related cancellations or league adjustments Team placement or roster changes By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy.
