Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2025-2026 Boys Tryouts
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Participation fees cover the entire soccer year. By accepting an invitation to join the Club, players commit to paying the full fee for the entire soccer year. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for players who choose not to participate at any point after registration, including those suspended from the program. Refund requests for the following season may be considered in cases of injury, provided the request is submitted in writing and accompanied by proper medical documentation.

ACES SUMMER LEAGUE
Non-Refundable Policy for Summer Soccer League All registration fees for the Summer Soccer League are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Player withdrawal or inability to participate Schedule conflicts or personal commitments Injuries or illness Weather-related cancellations or league adjustments Team placement or roster changes By registering, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy.
